Natural materials & one-of-a-kind pieces

Many Anahita pieces are one of a kind or made using natural and semi-precious gemstones, pearls and shells.

Variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, markings, shape and texture are part of the natural character of these materials and mean that no two pieces will ever be completely identical. These natural variations are not considered faults.

We always aim to represent our pieces and their colours as accurately as possible, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Faulty or incorrect items

Every order is checked carefully before being sent.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at orders@anahitacollective.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at orders@anahitacollective.com as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched it will need to be returned through our standard returns process.
